Mr. Godfrey Joel Ng’urah is the General Manager of the Bank under Secondment from CRDB Bank PLC. He has been in the Banking industry for over 17 years. He is a certified Professional Banker and transformational leader with demonstrated track records to deliver on digital change management, people and process transformation, business, and customer relationship management.

EDUCATION 

Mr. Godfrey holds master’s in business administration and a Certified Value Chain Financing and SAP Enterprises System Fundamentals.

MEMBERSHIP

He served on the Board of the Tanzania Co operative Development Commission (TCDC).

He is also a member of the Industrial Advisory Committee of Moshi Co operative University.
